Get Connected, Stay Connected for Healthy Hospitality

Care is STILL Accessible.

504HealthNet is partnering with United Way on its new Bold Goal to reach 100,000 ALICE families with support to improve their economic status and wellbeing. Hospitality workers disproportionately represent ALICE (Asset Limited Income Restricted Employed) households even though they are one of the most important economic and cultural workforces in New Orleans and Louisiana. Workers in hospitality, tourism and culture are also deeply impacted by new healthcare changes like Medicaid Quarterly Wage Checks and upcoming Worker’s Requirements.

That’s why 504HealthNet’s Healthy Hospitality is a key initiative in United Ways’ Pathway for Prosperity. Our 26 members are committed to ensuring the hospitality workers of our region Get Connected and Stay Connected to trusted care because everyone deserves quality, affordable and accessible care.
